Sign-up and payment in one step

Teams register, sign the waiver and pay by card or in person. Set early and late prices with dates, add promo codes, and refund from the same screen.

Divisions for every level

Create divisions by age, gender or skill, each with a team cap and waitlist. Captains invite their roster and players without a team sign up as free agents.

Pool games on every court

The schedule builder lays out pool games across your courts and time slots, for one day or several, so every team knows its guaranteed games.

Brackets with court times

Seed single or double elimination brackets from the standings, byes included, and auto-assign every game a court and a start time.

Scores from the bench

Captains enter the final score from their phone, or only admins can, your choice. Standings and brackets update right away.

A live page for everyone

Players and spectators open the tournament page without an account and see the schedule, standings and brackets update as scores come in.

How basketball tournaments usually run

Youth and adult basketball tournaments usually guarantee each team three games: pool games first, then a seeded bracket. Games are often shortened, like two 20-minute halves with a running clock, so a gym can fit more games in a day.

3v3 events play to a score or a time limit on half courts, which means many games at once. Clear court assignments matter even more there.

Formats you can run

Pool games and brackets use the same registration, payments and live page.

  • Pool games, then a single or double elimination bracket.
  • Bracket only, with byes for any number of teams.
  • Gold and silver brackets, or a consolation bracket, using custom brackets.

Game day in the gym

Every game has a court and a time, so coaches and parents stop asking the table where to go next. Name courts the way your gym does, including half courts for 3v3.

If games run long, run auto-assign again: finished games stay and the rest shift. Send one message to every team when the schedule changes.

Common questions

Does it work for 3v3?

Yes. Roster size is up to you, and half courts can be set up as separate courts so games run side by side.

How are ties in the standings broken?

Choose your order: head-to-head, point differential, points scored or points allowed.

Can parents follow without signing up?

Yes. The tournament page shows the schedule, standings and brackets to anyone with the link, no account needed.

Does Sportsgrove keep player stats?

Yes, on the Growth plan. Teams can track points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks per player, entered with each game's score.
